With 20 years of experience in the building trade, we have done many total and partial home renovations.  Planning is essential to getting the job completed without a glitch.  Most people end up making a few changes once they have started but you don't want it to be a big change, for example, take the wall down we just put up.  We can do it but it is costly.  We try to talk the issues out so all are happy with the results.
